Return & Exchange Policy

We sincerely hope that you’re absolutely delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase from Vinstella (vinstella.com), we’re here to help. You can either return your item(s) by mail or in store. To ensure a hassle-free return experience, please follow the steps below. Thank you for choosing Vinstella.

Return & Exchange Procedure

  • Goods sold are not refundable.
  • Please note that exchanges must be requested within 7 days of purchase and are subject to size availability. To start an exchange:
        1. Please send an email to customercare@vinstella.com within 24 hours of receiving your product, including your proof of purchase. This will help us process your request quickly and efficiently.
        2. After receiving your email, we’ll reply on business days with instructions and a Return Order number. You can then mail the product to our HQ within 14 days. (Customers are responsible for all courier charges associated with returning the item to our HQ.)
        3. Alternatively, you may also return the product to one of our physical retail stores. (Please contact our Customer Service email for authorization.)

  • Please return the item in original, unworn condition, with the original packaging and purchase receipt.
  • Vinstella’s staff and/or the repair centre must check and verify any returned item for its condition. Any item deemed damaged by wear and tear will not be accepted.
  • On-sale items are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted for both online and store purchases.
  • Engraved items are strictly not exchangeable.
  • Vinstella reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.
